Volunteers Needed!
After the successful fundraiser in April 2024 at the Bollywood Meets Borscht Belt (BMBB) event, we will be ready to pack and ship school supplies to over 1500 homeless children.
We invite you to come and help us pack these supplies into new backpacks for these kids.
This year, we will support the following ISDs: Austin, Manor, and Del Valle. We will also support the following organizations:
- African American Youth Harvest Foundation
- Asian Families Support Services of Austin
- Greater Love Baptist Church
- Dove Springs Proud
- Share the Will (Veterans)
You Can Make This Event a Success!
To make this School Supplies Packing Event successful, we need 150 to 200 volunteers to help us with various tasks, including leading small teams for specific areas.
With your generous help, these kids will have the school supplies they need to start their school year with confidence.

Below is all the information about the Annual School Supplies Packing Event.
Sign Up:
You can sign up yourself (and even your children aged 8 and up) for a slot to help us pack the school supplies for children in need.
Choosing Tasks:
Please read the requirements for each volunteer slot to make sure you can fulfill those duties; some require heavy lifting and/or moving filled backpacks.
