HC4A (Education and Careers for America), is a nonreligious and nonpolitical and 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to ‘Bridge Income Disparities through Education.’ Over the last ten years, we have endeavored to close the gaps in education by providing schooling needs and vocational scholarships to students who are homeless or live below poverty line.
Our Founder and President, Harish Kotecha, was awarded the 2020 Sandra Neese Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY).
He is the first person of Indian origin to receive this award. He received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. The HC4A volunteer and donor families live by the motto, ‘Serve Where you Live,’ and return their gratitude by ways of the most powerful tool for long-term success: education.
We invite you to be a part of this family and help build a resilient society in this acutely hard year.
